Figment Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the League Tycoon mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. 1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: When you create an account using Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile information as provided by the authentication service.
• User-Generated Content: League names, team names, chat messages, images, and other content you create within the App.
• Media Uploads: Photos and images you upload to the App, which are stored securely on our cloud servers.
• Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as the content of the message and any attachments you may send us.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, and general diagnostic information to help us improve app compatibility and performance.
• Usage Data & Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to collect information about how you interact with the App, including features used, screens viewed, session duration, and in-app events. This data is collected in aggregate and used to improve the App.
• Crash Reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data when the App encounters errors. This helps us identify and fix bugs to improve your experience.
• Push Notification Tokens:If you opt in to push notifications, we collect your device's push notification token to deliver notifications about league activity, draft updates, and other App-related alerts.

1.3 Purchase Information

When you make in-app purchases or subscribe to premium features, the transaction is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information. We receive transaction confirmation data (such as purchase receipt, subscription status, and transaction identifiers) to activate and manage your premium features.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features;
• Process in-app purchases and manage your subscription;
• Send push notifications about league updates, draft activity, and other App events (with your consent);
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App's functionality, performance, and user experience;

• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may collect information about you:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, cloud database (Firestore), cloud storage, analytics, crashlytics, cloud messaging (push notifications), and cloud functions. Firebase's privacy policy is available at firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
• Google Sign-In:Used for account authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign-In:Used for account authentication on Apple devices. Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Tenor (Google):Used for searching and sharing GIFs within the App. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store:Used for processing in-app purchases and subscriptions. Subject to the respective platform's privacy policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) infrastructure. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
• Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
