You do not have to rebuild your existing league by hand

League Tycoon imports existing leagues directly. Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, MyFantasyLeague, and Fantrax are supported, with a guided manual path for anywhere else. The import brings over your rosters, league settings and scoring, future draft picks, team logos, contracts where the source has them, and up to 20 seasons of league history. Past seasons come back as real seasons you can browse week by week, with standings, matchup lineups, playoff brackets, and final standings.

Import your existing league

Open Tools, choose Import League, pick your current platform, and paste a link to your league. Choose standard or contract dynasty, and choose how many past seasons to bring over, up to 20.

Review the preview before anything is created

You see every team, roster counts, how many players matched, the settings being mapped, anything that will not carry over, and which teams would land over the salary cap. Nothing exists until you approve it.

Work the post-import checklist

Unmatched players, scoring rules to confirm, roster and playoff and waiver settings, contract rules, and Hall of Fame entries. Every item deep links to the screen that resolves it.

Invite your league mates

Share the league link. Each league mate claims their own team from a list, so you're not assigning everyone by hand. They see their own roster and team logo immediately.

How long does it take to set up a new league?
Most commissioners can configure and launch a league within a few sessions. League Tycoon's setup process is designed to be straightforward, with sensible defaults for common league configurations.
Can I migrate my existing dynasty league?
Yes. League Tycoon has a built-in league import that pulls directly from Sleeper, ESPN, CBS, MyFantasyLeague, and Fantrax, plus a guided manual path for anywhere else. It brings over teams and owners, full rosters, league settings and scoring, future draft picks, team logos, salaries and contract years where the source has them, and your past seasons. You review a full preview before anything is created, and your existing league is never modified.
Will we lose our league history when we switch?
No. The import brings up to 20 past seasons across and rebuilds them as real, browsable seasons: standings, week-by-week matchups with the lineups each team actually started, playoff brackets, and final standings. The same import fills your Hall of Fame with all-time standings, head-to-head records split between regular season and playoffs, trophies for past champions, and all-time high scores. Everything stays editable, so you can correct anything that needs it.
How much manual work is left after an import?
Your league opens with a checklist of the items worth a human decision rather than a blank league to fill in. Typically that means any players the import could not match, scoring rules to confirm, roster and playoff and waiver settings to review, contract rules on contract leagues, and invites to send. Every item deep links to the screen that resolves it.
Will my league mates complain about learning a new platform?
League Tycoon's modern UI is designed to be intuitive. The mobile app and web experience are clean and easy to navigate. Most league mates adapt quickly, especially if they're coming from older or more cluttered platforms.
What if I need help during setup?

Do I need to manually manage contracts and salary caps?
No. League Tycoon automates contract tracking, cap enforcement, and transaction processing. You set the rules, and the platform enforces them. This is the single biggest time-saver for commissioners running contract leagues.
